摘  要:将硬脂酸钠作为LDHs的表面有机化改性剂,分别采用有机化改性前后的LDHs与SBS改性沥青共混制备耐老化改性沥青,利用XRD和离析试验研究改性剂在SBS改性沥青中的分布状态和改性沥青的储存稳定性.对沥青进行短期热氧老化和7,14,21和28 d的紫外老化,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和动态剪切流变仪(DSR),分别对不同老化状态沥青的化学结构、流变性能和粘度进行研究,评价SS-LDHs对SBS改性沥青抗老化性能的改善效果.试验结果表明,SS-LDHs与SBS改性沥青共混后,其层状结构未被破坏, SS-LDHs改性沥青的储存稳定性优于LDHs改性沥青.TFOT和紫外老化后,LDHs改性沥青和SS-LDHs改性沥青的羰基指数、粘度老化指数以及复数模量的增长幅度明显小于SBS改性沥青,SBS指数则明显大于SBS改性沥青,表明LDHs和SS-LDHs能够显著提高SBS改性沥青的抗热氧老化及抗紫外老化性能.相比而言,SS-LDHs的改性效果显著优于LDHs.Sodium stearate was taken as the modifier of LDHs to surface organically modify the LDHs, then the styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)modified asphalt was blended with the LDHs before and after organic modification respectively to prepare the anti-aging modified asphalt.The XRD and segregation experiments were used to study the distribution of modifiers in SBS modified asphalt and storage stability of modified asphalt.After short-term thermal oxidative aging and UV aging for 7,14,21and 28days,the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) were conducted to study the chemical structure,rheological properties and viscosity of the asphalt in different aging conditions respectively,which could be used to evaluate the SS-LDHs effect on the anti- aging properties of SBS modified asphalt.The results indicate that the layered structure of the SSLDHs is not destroyed after blending SBS modified asphalt.The storage stability of SS-LDHs modified asphalt is better than that of LDHs modified asphalt.After TFOT and UV aging,the carbonyl index,viscosity aging index and complex modulus of LDHs modified asphalt and SS-LDHs modified asphalt increase significantly less than that of SBS modified asphalt,while the SBS index is apparently greater than that of SBS modified asphalt.Therefore,both LDHs and SS-LDHs can remarkably improve the anti thermo-oxidative aging and anti-UV aging properties of SBS modified asphalt.By comparison, the modification effect of SS-LDHs is obviously better than that of LDHs.
