摘　　要：切口感染是腹部开放性手术常见并发症,给病人带来了心理和经济上的巨大负担。影响其愈合的因素很多,大致可分为病人因素和外科因素2大类,笔者对以上相关因素进行了综述。Incision infection is a common complication of open abdominal surgery,which imposes a huge psychological and economic burden on patients.A variety of factors may infuence its healing, which can be roughly divided into two categories: patient factors and surgical factors. The above related factors are reviewed.
