摘 要:进行了废弃铺路砖骨料物理性质试验、以废弃铺路砖为骨料的再生混凝土基本力学性能试验,并研究了掺入聚丙烯纤维和粉煤灰后对其力学性能的影响。在此基础上提出了再生混凝土大空心剪力墙的设计思想,并对装配式再生混凝土大空心剪力墙进行了拟静力试验、有限元模拟以及内力计算,分析了以废弃铺路砖为骨料的再生混凝土大空心剪力墙的承载力、破坏形态、滞回特性、刚度及其退化过程、延性、耗能能力等。结果表明:随着聚丙烯纤维的加入,再生混凝土的基本力学性能值都有了一定的提高。以废弃铺路砖为骨料的再生混凝土大空心剪力墙具有较高的承载力与抗震性能。而且大空心剪力墙的理论计算结果、有限元模拟结果均与试验结果符合较好。Physical properties tests for abandoned paving brick aggregate and basic mechanical performance tests for recycled concrete with abandoned paving bricks as aggregate were conducted, and effects of adding polypropylene fiber and fly ash into recycled concrete on its mechanical performance were studied. On the basis of tests, a design idea for recycled concrete large hollow shear wall was proposed. Quasi-static tests, finite element simulation and internal force calculation were performed for recycled concrete large hollow shear wall with abandoned paving bricks as aggregate. Furthermore, load-bearing capacity, failure mode, hysteresis characteristics, stiffness, degradation process, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of recycled concrete large hollow shear wall with abandoned paving bricks as aggregate were analyzed. The results showed that with polypropylene fiber added, basic mechanical performances of recycled concrete are improved to a certain extent;recycled concrete large hollow shear wall with abandoned paving bricks as aggregate has higher load-bearing capacity and aseismic performance;its theoretical calculation and finite element simulation results agree well with those of tests.
