摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮川麦冬多糖对免疫抑制状态下乌骨鸡公雏生长性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选择1日龄健康乌骨鸡公雏300只,随机分为3个日粮处理组,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组、环磷酰胺免疫抑制模型组饲喂基础日粮,川麦冬多糖与环磷酰胺免疫抑制组日粮由基础日粮中添加1%的川麦冬多糖配制而成。试验期28 d。结果表明,日粮中添加川麦冬多糖可提高乌骨鸡公雏平均日增重、平均日采食量,降低料重比,1%川麦冬多糖对乌骨鸡公雏的生长性能有促进作用。日粮中添加川麦冬多糖可提高免疫抑制乌骨鸡公雏新城疫抗体滴度和血清中IgA、IgG与IgM浓度。1%川麦冬多糖对乌骨鸡公雏免疫抑制有调节作用,可使环磷酰胺导致的免疫抑制转至正常水平。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of radix Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide on growth performance and immune function of Wugu male chicks under immunosuppression. A total of 300 healthy 1 day old Wugu chickens were randomly divided into 3 diet treatment groups, with 5 replicates in each treatment group and 20 chickens in each repetition. The control group and the cyclophosphamide immunosuppressive model group were fed basic diet. The diets of radix Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide and cyclophosphamide immunosuppressive group were prepared by adding 1% radix Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide to the basic diet. The trial lasted for 28 days. The results showed that the addition of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide to the diet could improve the average daily weight gain, the average daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to meat. The addition of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide to the diet could increase the antibody titer and serum IgA, IgG and IgM concentrations of immunosuppressive newcastle disease in chicks. 1% Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide can regulate the immunosuppression of Wugu male chicks, and can turn the immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide to normal level.
