我院2015～2017年消化性溃疡药物的利用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨我院2015年1月～2017年12月住院患者消化性溃疡药物的使用情况,为其临床合理用药提供客观依据。方法调取我院2015年1月～2017年12月住院患者消化性溃疡药物的相关信息,整理其销售金额、消化性溃疡药物药品使用率、消化性溃疡药物药占比。结果我院2015年1月～2017年12月消化性溃疡药物用药金额呈现为逐年递增,到2017年金额达到了179.46万元,其中质子泵抑制剂占据三年销售金额的首位;消化性溃疡口服药物中,磷酸铝凝胶于2015年、2016年金额比例均为第一,埃索美拉唑片金额比例表现为逐年增长;消化性溃疡注射药物中,注射用泮托拉唑金额比例连续三年位居第一;注射用泮托拉唑、注射用奥美拉唑连续三年用药占比均位居第一和第二。结论我院消化性溃疡药物的销售金额排序呈逐年上升趋势,但质子泵抑制剂注射剂用量高于口服剂,可能存在药物滥用情况。Objective To explore the use of peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017,and to provide objective basis for rational drug use in clinic. Methods The relevant information of peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were collected,and the sales amount,utilization rate and the proportion of peptic ulcer drugs were sorted out. Results From January 2015 to December 2017,the sales amount of peptic ulcer drugs used in our hospital increased year by year,it reached 1.7946 million yuan in 2017,among them,proton pump inhibitors occupied the first place in three years’ sales.Among the oral drugs for peptic ulcer,the sales amount of aluminium phosphate gel was the first in 2015 and 2016,and the amount ration of esomeprazole tablets increased year by year.Among peptic ulcer injection drugs,amount ratio of pantoprazole for injection ranked first for three consecutive years.Drug use proportion of pantoprazole for injection and omeprazole for injection ranked first and second in the three consecutive years. Conclusion The sales amount of peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital has been increasing year by year,but the dosage of proton pump inhibitors is higher than that of oral agents,and there may be drug abuse.
