甲强龙冲击治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性百草枯中毒患者接受甲强龙冲击治疗的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2018年8月急性百草枯中毒患者60例,通过随机数字表法分组,其中对照组实施常规治疗,实验组则同时实施甲强龙冲击治疗,分析两组急性百草枯中毒患者治疗的结果。结果实验组急性百草枯中毒患者治疗的总有效率(73.33%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(46.67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组的呼吸系统异常改变(机械通气、ARDS、ALI、呼吸衰竭、低氧血症)发生率、胸部影像学改变(结节影、网状影、纤维条索、胸腔积液、毛玻璃影、肺纹理增强、点状片影)发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组MODS发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性百草枯中毒患者接受甲强龙冲击治疗,能够有效将患者的肺组织损伤程度减轻,减少患者的死亡率,对改善患者的预后意义重大。Objective To explore the curative effects of methylprednisolone pulse therapy in treatment of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods 60 patients with acute paraquat poisoning from January 2016 to August 2018 were selected as research objects and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment while the experimental group was given methylprednisolone pulse therapy.Curative effects of patients with acute paraquat poisoning in two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rateof patients with acute paraquat poisoning in the experimental group(73.33%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(46.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of abnormal respiratory system changes(mechanical ventilation,ARDS,ALI,respiratory failure,hypoxemia) and the incidence of chest X-ray image changes(nodular shadow,reticular shadow,fibrous stripe,pleural effusion, ground glass shadow,intensification of pulmonary grains and spotty shadow) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of MODS in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Methylprednisolone pulse therapy in treatment of patients with acute paraquat poisoning can effectively reduce the degree of lung tissue injury and reduce the mortality of patients,which is of great significance in improving the prognosis of patients.
