风湿性心瓣膜病所致顽固性心力衰竭短期应用血液透析治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的对风湿性心瓣膜病所致顽固性心力衰竭短期应用血液透析治疗的研究进行分析。方法选取2016年7月～2018年4月期间收治的42例风湿性心瓣膜病所致顽固性心力衰竭患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=21)与观察组(n=21),对照组施以内科药物治疗,观察组采用血液透析治疗。对两组患者治疗结果进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前生化、内分泌指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后观察组患者生化指标、内分泌指标、死亡情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在风湿性心瓣膜病所致顽固性心力衰竭患者中应用短期血液透析治疗具有显著效果,可改善患者指标,降低死亡率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the research on short-term application of hemodialysis treatment in refractory heart failure caused by rheumatic valvular disease. Methods 42 patients with refractory heart failure caused by rheumatic valvular disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=21) to the observation group(n=21). The control group was given internal medicine while the observation group was treated with hemodialysis. Curative effects of patients in two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in biochemical indexes and endocrine indexes before treatment between two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, biochemical indexes,endocrine indexes and death status of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Short-term application of hemodialysis treatment in refractory heart failure caused by rheumatic valvular disease has significant curative effects. It can improve indexes of patients and reduce mortality rate, which is worthy of promotion.
