摘 要:基于三相交流电路零电流分断的控制原理,利用电磁场同性相斥、异性相吸的特性,改造接触器的电磁系统为双线圈结构使其具有可控电磁反力,同时采用三相独立控制的组合式交流接触器本体设计。以基于单目视觉技术的智能电器三维动态特性测试平台,对组合式三相智能交流接触器进行选相合闸过程和零电流分断过程的三维动态测试,分析其运动特性,得到具有可控电磁反力的异步组合式智能交流接触器具有可靠吸合、快速分断等优点,有利于三相电路的零电流分断。Based on the principle of zero current breaking of three phase AC circuit,and the characteristics of repulsion and attraction between electromagnetic poles,give the electromagnetic system of the contactor controllable electromagnetic counter-force by reforming it into double-coil structure,use the design of three-phase independently-controlling combined intelligent AC contactor at the same time.Application of the Monocular Vision Technology-based spatial dynamic process testing platform of intelligent appliance for the three-dimensional dynamic test of asynchronous combined intelligent AC contactor during phase selection closing process and zero current breaking process,a conclusion can be drawn by analyzing its motion characteristics that asynchronous combined intelligent AC contactor has the advantages of reliable attraction and fast breaking,and is beneficial to the zero current breaking of three-phase circuit.
