摘　　要：本文选取城六区作为分析单元,充分利用北京市第一次地理国情普查成果数据及监测成果数据,获取2012年度及2015年度城六区下垫面数据,建立地理国情地表覆盖分类数据类型与下垫面数据类型之间对应关系,结合2012年和2015年下垫面数据进行特征数据分析、空间叠置分析,分析城六区道路、水域、硬化地表、房屋等地类的变化趋势,探讨了城六区近几年各地类的变化情况及透水面和不透水面的变化趋势。This article selects six areas as analysis unit, makes full use of Beijing's first time geographical conditions survey data and monitoring data, obtains six city districts' underlying surface data from 2012 to 2015, establishes the corresponding relations between the geographical conditions of surface coverage classification data types and underlying surface data types, combines the underlying surface data from 2012 to 2015 in order to analyze the characteristic data, spatial superimposition, analyzes the changing tendency of city roads, water, surface hardening and houses in the city six districts, discusses the changes of different areas in recent years and the trends of permeable and impervious surface.
