摘  要:为解决天然大豆甙元提取设备复杂、存在溶剂残留的问题,本研究以羟基苯乙酸和间苯二酚为原料,采用两锅法化学合成工艺制备大豆甙元,分别探讨了物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间对缩合反应和合环反应产率的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对缩合反应产品脱氧安息香和合环反应产品大豆甙元相应官能团进行了定性分析,确定缩合反应最佳反应条件为物质的量比3∶1∶1.3,反应温度90℃,反应时间4 h,产率56.2%,合环反应最佳反应条件为物质的量比1∶2.1,反应温度90~95℃,反应时间3 h,产率72%,为大豆甙元的工业化生产应用提供了依据。Inorder to solve the problem of the complex equipment for extraction natural daidzein and solvent residue.In this study,hydroxyphenylacetic acid and resorcinol as raw materials,daidzein is prepared by two pot chemical synthesis process.The effect of mole ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of condensation reaction and cyclization reaction is studied respectively.At the same time,deoxybenzoin of condensation reaction products and daidzein of cyclization reaction products corresponding functional groups are qualitatively analyzed by the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.Condensation reaction optimum reaction conditions are determined for the mole ratio of 3 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.3,the reaction temperature 90 ℃,reaction time 4 h,the yield of 56.2%,and cyclization reaction optimal reaction conditions for the mole ratio of 1 ∶ 2.1,reaction temperature 90~95 ℃,reaction time of 3 h,yield of 72%,which provides experimental basis for the industrial production and application of daidzein.
