产业集群向中西部转移的区位选择研究——基于集群租视角

摘　　要：追求集群租金是产业集群转移的一个重要因素,不同区域租金的差异影响产业集群转移的区位选择。2012—2017年以纺织业和服装、鞋帽为代表的东部劳动密集型产业集群选择转移到中部的安徽、江西、湖北等地;技术密集型与创新密集型产业集群倾向于把研发环节留在东部,劳动密集环节选择转移到中部的安徽、江西和西部的重庆、四川等地,东部地区的高环境租金和高关系租金甚至可以吸引中西部地区创新型产业集群的逆向转移。The pursuit clusters rent is an important factor in the industrial cluster transfer,and the difference of the different regional rents influences the location choice of the industrial clusters.2012-2017 to textiles and clothing,shoes and hats as the representative of the eastern part of the labor intensive industry cluster choice transfer to the central Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei and other places;technical intensive and innovation intensive industrial clusters tend to the R&D link in eastern,labour intensive ring excerpt optional transfer to the central of Anhui,Jiangxi and western Chongqing,Sichuan and other places,eastern region environment with high rents and high relationship rents can even attract in the central and western regions of the innovative industrial clusters of reverse transfer.
