基于结构方程模型的大学生创业意向影响因素研究

摘　　要：基于创业认知、风险感知等理论,引入创业风险感知作为中介变量,研究了创新动机、创业环境对创业意向的影响情况。通过对237个样本的问卷调查进行实证分析并建立结构方程,研究表明:创业风险感知对创业意向具有显著的负向影响;创新动机对创业风险感知具有显著的负向影响,创新动机通过创业风险感知对创业意向具有显著的直接和间接影响,创业风险感知存在中介效应;创业环境对创业意向具有显著的正向影响。Based on the theory of entrepreneurship cognition and risk perception,this paper takes entrepreneurial risk perception as an intermediary variable,to explore the influence of innovation motivation and entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial intention.A questionnaire survey of 237 samples was conducted for empirical analysis.The result shows that:risk perception has a significant negative effect on entrepreneurial intention;innovation motivation has a significant negative effect on risk perception while the innovation motivation has significant direct and indirect effects on entrepreneurial intention through risk perception,and there is intermediary effect in entrepreneurial risk perception;entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.
