摘　　要：通过分析NEDC循环下的驱动桥的实际使用工况,从驱动桥输入转速、输入扭矩、齿轮油温入手,建立了一种基于NEDC工况要求的测试方法,得到了驱动桥的标准测试工况和两种特征工况;优化后的测试工况提高了驱动桥传动效率测试精度,可用于指导动力经济性前期仿真、快速识别油耗关键质量控制点。Through the analysis of the drive axle of NEDC cycle under the actual operating conditions, from drive axle input speed, input torque, three kinds of the gear oil temperature, set up a kind of test method based on the requirement of working condition of NEDC, thus to get the standard test conditions of drive axle and two kinds of characteristics working conditions;The optimized test conditions improved the precision of drive axle transmission efficiency test, can be used to guide the early stage of the dynamic economy simulation, and quickly identify the key quality control points of oil consumption.
