摘  要:通过单因素试验研究组织培养条件下,紫色松乳菇在液体和固体培养中菌丝生长的最佳条件。结果表明,紫色松乳菇液体培养的最适糖源为25 g/L葡萄糖,接种量12%,培养基装液量90 mL/瓶。在最适培养条件下松乳菇液体培养生长曲线分为4个时期:延滞期(1~3 d)、快速生长期(5~8 d)、稳定期(9~12 d)和衰亡期(13 d)。松乳菇固体培养的最适糖源为25 g/L葡萄糖,在优化的培养条件下,快速生长期为6~8 d。The single-factor experiments were conducted to study the optimal culture conditions for the growth of Lactarius deliciosus hyphae in liquid and solid medium under the condition of tissue culture. The results showed that the optimal carbohydrate source for submerged culture of Lactarius deliciosus was 25 g/L of glucose,the inoculation volume was 12%,filled volume of the medium was 90 mL flask. The growth curve of Lactarius deliciosus under the optimum submerged culture conditions constitutes the lag phase(1~3 d),the rapid growth phase(5~8 d),the plateau phase(9~12 d)and the decline phase (13 d). The optimum carbohydrate source for solid culture of Lactarius deliciosus was 25 g/L glucose. The rapid growth phase under the optimal solid culture conditions was ranged from 6~8 d.
