摘　　要：目的:了解京山市人民医院(以下简称"我院")麻醉药品使用情况,防止药物滥用,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:提取2014—2017年我院麻醉药品的销售金额、销售数量及科室使用情况等数据,计算用药频度、限定日费用及排序比[药品销售金额排序(B)/用药频度排序(A)],并进行分析。结果:我院麻醉药品共8个品规,其中口服制剂2个品规,注射剂6个品规。2014—2017年,我院麻醉药品的使用以硫酸吗啡缓释片、磷酸可待因片、枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液及注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼为主;其中,硫酸吗啡缓释片的销售数量、销售金额均较多,但呈逐年减少的趋势;除注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、枸橼酸芬太尼注射液外,其余麻醉药品的B/A多在1.0左右。结论:我院麻醉药品使用水平逐年提高,目前整体上比较合理,但仍具有较大进步空间。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status of narcotic drugs in Jingshan People’s Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), so as to to prevent the drug abuse and provide reference for clinical rational drug application. METHODS: During 2014-2017, the consumption sum, sales quantity and application of narcotic drugs in different departments in our hospital were extracted, and the defined daily dose system(DDDs), defined daily cost(DDC) and ranking ratio [consumption sum ranking(B)/DDDs ranking(A)] were calculated and analyzed. RESULTS: There were 8 specifications for anesthetic drugs in our hospital, including 2 specifications for oral preparations and 6 specifications for injections. From 2014 to 2017, the application of narcotic drugs in our hospital was dominated by Morphine sulfate sustained release tablets, Codeine phosphate tablets, fentanyl citrate injection, sufentanyl citrate injection and remifentanil hydrochloride injection. Among them, the sales quantity and consumption sum of Morphine sulfate sustained release tablets were large, which showed a decreasing tendency year by year. Except for remifentanil hydrochloride injection and fentanyl citrate injection, the B/A of other anesthetic drugs was mostly around 1.0. CONCLUSIONS: The application level of narcotic drugs in our hospital has been increasing year by year, which is reasonable on the whole at present, but there is still great space for improvement.
