摘　　要：目的探讨临床抗菌药物应用中的即时干预。方法基于闭环控制模型,在医院医疗业务网络化与数字化的条件下实现伴随医嘱的抗菌药物应用与管理干预。结果合符抗菌药物管理与应用规范的干预即时、全面、可调控。结论临床抗菌药物应用中伴随医嘱的即时干预对提高抗菌药物的合理应用起到了有效的作用。Objective To explore the immediate intervention in the clinical application of antibiotics. Methods Based on the close-cycle control model, the intervening application and management of antimicrobial drugs accompanied by doctor’s orders were implemented under the condition of network and digitization of hospital medical services. Results The intervention of standardized management and application of antimicrobial drugs was immediate, comprehensive and controllable. Conclusion The prompt intervention with physician’s advice in the clinical application of antibiotics plays an effective role in improving the rational use of antibiotics.
