摘　　要：支气管哮喘是儿童最常见的慢性疾病,全球哮喘防治创议(GINA)认为哮喘目前尚不能根治,防治的目标是临床控制。上海市中医医院联合各级医院和学校共同开展儿童哮喘防治管理体系的的构建与实施,尝试建立家庭—学校—社区—医院为一体的疾病防治管理模式,为儿童哮喘的疾病管理提供可行性的方案,实现既病防变、未病先防的"治未病"Asthma in children is a kind of chronic airway inflammation. Besides the standard treatment during the episodes, the management to prevent the disease also plays an important role in clinical control. Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine worked with other hospitals and schools and carried out the establishment and implementation of the management system for the prevention and control of asthma in children. The hospital also tried to establish a family-school-community-hospital pattern in order to provide viable solutions to prevention and control of asthma in children.
