摘　　要：目的探讨弧刃针刀联合蜡疗治疗腰骶慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征的临床疗效。方法将2017年7月—2018年6月于我院就诊腰骶慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征的60例患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,对照组30例给予手法治疗,观察组30例给予弧刃针刀联合蜡疗治疗。比较两组骨筋膜间隔内压;腰痛与步行情况;疼痛持续时间及住院时间;临床综合疗效。结果治疗后两组骨筋膜间隔内压均降低,观察组治疗后骨筋膜间隔内压较对照组低,差异显著(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组腰痛症状较对照组轻,步行能力更佳,差异有可比性(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组疼痛持续时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P <0. 05);观察组总有效率为83. 3%,高于对照组的40%,差异明显(P <0. 05)。结论弧刃针刀联合蜡疗治疗腰骶慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征的疗效突出,能改善腰痛等症状,提高患者的生活质量,适合一定的临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arc-edge needle knife combined with wax therapy in the treatment of chronic fascia syndrome of lumbosacral palsy. Methods Sixty patients with lumbosacral chronic osteofascial compartment syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group received manual therapy and 30 patients in the observation group received the treatment of a curved edge needle knife combined with wax therapy. The interfascial compartmental pressure, low back pain and walking, pain duration and hospital stay and clinical comprehensive effect between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the intra-articular pressure in the two groups decreased. The intra-articular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the symptoms of low back pain were lighter than those in the control group. The ability was better, the difference was comparable ( P <0.05);the duration of pain and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group after treatment, the difference was significant ( P <0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, 40% higher than the control group, the difference was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Arc edge needle knife combined with wax therapy for the treatment of lumbosacral chronic fascial compartment syndrome is effective and able to improve the symptoms of low back pain, improve the quality of life of patients, and is suitable for certain clinical applications.
