摘  要:推土机齿轮常因断齿而失效。为此,研究了齿轮的弯曲疲劳性能。研究用齿轮材料为22CrMoH钢,经渗碳(渗层深度1.8~2.4 mm)、840℃油淬、180℃回火以及喷丸处理。随后对未经和经过喷丸处理的齿轮进行了弯曲疲劳试验。结果表明:经喷丸处理的齿轮齿根处的残余压应力为746 MPa,而未经喷丸的齿轮则为502 MPa,前者的弯曲疲劳寿命为3×10^(-6)周次,比后者提高了48倍多。Gear of a bulldozer can no longer used frequently due to tooth fracturing. For this reason, bending fatigue behaviors of gear was investigated. The gears were made of 22CrMoH steel, carburized to 1.8 to 2. 4 mm, quenched from 840 ℃ in oil, tempered at 180 ℃,and blasted with shot. Subsequently, the gears not undergoing and undergoing shot blasting were tested for flexing life. The results indicated that residual compressive stress at root was 746 MPa for the gear undergoing shot blasting and 502 MPa for the gear not undergoing shot blasting, and that flexing life of the former was as large as 3 ×10^-6 cycles, which was above 48 times higher than that of the latter.
