摘　　要：信息化建设已经成为未来医院发展的主要方向,该研究重点分析了在完善现代医院管理制度背景下医院信息化建设推进机制的相关问题。首先认识现代医院制度建设中构建医院信息化推进机制建设的必要性,通过分析当前医院信息化推进机制的现状,提出其中存在的问题进行研究;从现代医院管理制度建设的视角,研究医院信息化建设的基本路径。从符合现代制度要求、保障信息安全和立足国家健康政策三方面说明医院信息化建设的基本方向,需要将现代医院制度构建理念应用到工作中改进管理模式,最终为构建新型的医院信息化建设推进机制奠定基础。Informatization construction has become the main direction of hospital development in the future. In this study,the related issues of hospital informationization construction promotion mechanism under the background of perfecting modern hospital management system are analyzed. Firstly, it is necessary to understand the construction of hospital informationization promotion mechanism in the construction of modern hospital system. By analyzing the current situation of hospital informationization promotion mechanism, it puts forward the problems existing in the research;from the perspective of modern hospital management system construction, research hospital informationization basic path of construction. From the three aspects of meeting the requirements of modern system, ensuring information security and basing on national health policy, it is necessary to apply the concept of modern hospital system construction to work to improve management mode, and finally to build a new type of hospital information construction. The mechanism lays the foundation.
