摘　　要：在当前全域旅游全面推广的背景下,旅游优秀人才的短缺已经在一定程度上成为制约全域旅游发展的重要瓶颈之一。在旅游业大发展、大繁荣的时代背景下,作为培养旅游人才的旅游管理教育必须紧跟时代脉搏、行业趋势,不断优化旅游管理人才培养模式,提升旅游管理人才培养质量,为我国全域旅游发展提供源源不断的高素质旅游管理人才。The shortage of tourist talents has become one of the important bottlenecks in the development of all-for-one tourism under the comprehensive promotion of all-for-one tourism. Under the background of great development and the trend of tourism industry,it must continuously optimize the mode of tourism management and improve the quality of the tourist managers. It provides a steady stream of high-quality tourism managers for the development of all-for-one tourism in our country.
