蔗糖铁注射液治疗糖尿病患者缺铁性贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蔗糖铁注射液治疗糖尿病患者缺铁性贫血的效果。方法选取该院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的糖尿病合并IDA患者52例,随机分为2组各26例,观察组给予蔗糖铁注射液,对照组给予力蜚能,比较疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.3%,显著优于对照组80.8%(P<0.05);两组FPG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后Hb(123.5±10.3)g/L、SF(24.6±3.8)μg/L水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并IDA患者采用蔗糖铁注射液,能有效改善贫血症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of iron sucrose injection in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 52 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with IDA admitted to our department from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases each. The observation group was given iron sucrose injection and the control group was given sputum sputum. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%, which was significantly better than that of the control group(80.8%)(P<0.05). There was no difference in FPG between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, in the experimental group, Hb(123.5±10.3)g/L, level of SF(24.6±3.8)μg/L was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of iron sucrose injection in patients with diabetes and IDA can effectively improve the symptoms of anemia and improve the therapeutic effect.
