摘  要:文章基于多期遥感影像,研究了井冈山市2007-2013年的土地利用变化情况,结果发现:1)建设用地是相对变化较大的土地利用类型,呈现出沿交通线向外围不断拓展的空间分布趋势; 2)旅游基础设施和服务设施用地不断增加,使林地、耕地等向旅游用地不断转化; 3)自然地理环境、交通可达性等因素显著影响了相关城镇土地利用变化,并由此形成了综合发展型、景区主导型、交通主导型和传统村镇型4种旅游用地模式。这说明旅游业的快速发展对井冈山市城镇土地利用变化产生了重要影响,并给其生态环境带来较大压力,相关政府部门应加以合理管控。Based on analysis of remotely sensed images acquired in 2007-2013,the paper studied the land use changes in Jinggangshan City. The results showed that: 1) Construction land is one of land that has undergone dramatic change and its spatial distribution presents a continuous expansion along traffic lines;2) Increasing needs of land for tourism infrastructure and service facilities has quickened the conversion of forest and agriculture land;3)Natural geographic environment and traffic accessibility have greatly affected land use change of tourism towns. Four types of tourism land use mode have developed,including synthetic development type,scenic spot priority type,traffic priority type and traditional town type. The results indicated that the rapid development of tourism has greatly affected the land use change of towns in Jinggangshan City and brought huge pressure on local ecological environment.The related government agencies should take measures to control the land conversion.
