摘  要:为落实习近平总书记提出优先发展民族地区教育的相关要求,更科学、规范地评价现有教育资源。研究运用AHP构建适合于边疆民族地区农民工子女义务教育小学阶段的民办学校资源配置指标,通过构建指标体系及层次结构,并运用层次分析法构建民办、公办学校判断矩阵,建立教育资源指标模糊综合评价模型,为边疆民族地区义务教育政策评价提供一种定性与定量相结合的模型工具。评价结果有助于完善教育资源配置,提高资源利用效率,推动义务教育优质均衡发展。In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's request to give priority to the development of education in ethnic minority areas,evaluate existing educational resources should be evaluated more scientifically and normatively.This paper studies the use of AHP to construct the resource allocation index of private schools suitable for the primary stage of compulsory education for migrant workers'children in border minority areas.By establishing index system and hierarchical structure,the judgment matrix of private and public schools is established by analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of educational resources index is established.It provides a qualitative and quantitative model tool for the evaluation of compulsory education policy in border areas.The result will improve the allocation of educational resources targeted to improve the efficiency of resource use and promote the balanced development of compulsory education.
