摘　　要：针对乌鲁木齐市福利供给主体在孤残儿童福利资金方面的供给质量综合评价,运用主成分分析法、因子分析法对规整后的11个变量进行分析,得到四个公因子,结合实际情况将四个公因子分别命名为生活资金、教育资金、医疗资金和发展资金四个二级指标,并计算四个二级指标对目标层的权重,再根据主成分得分计算出三级指标对目标层的系数和权重,最后对输出结果进行综合分析。In response to the evaluation of the supply quality of welfare providers in Urumqi,in the welfare fund for orphans and disabled children,using principal component analysis and factor analysis,the 11 variables after the analysis are analyzed.Four common factors are gotten according to the actual situation.The four common factors are named as four sub-indicators of living capital,education funds,medical funds and development funds,and the weight of the four secondary indicators is calculated to the target layer,then,based on the principal component score,the coefficients and weights of the three-level index to the target layer are calculated,and finally the output results are comprehensively analyzed.
