摘 要:为发掘应用新的小麦矮秆突变体,以小麦品种‘邯6172’的航天诱变矮秆突变体为材料,分析该矮化突变对苗期活力、株高、分蘖数、穗粒数、单株产量和收获指数等重要农艺性状的影响,以明确其矮化效应及应用价值。结果表明,该突变为隐性突变,对外源赤霉酸不敏感,对胚芽鞘长度和苗期活力有负面效应;降秆效应约为15.0%,对旗叶长宽和旗叶面积没有负面影响;抽穗期和开花期推迟(3 d);有效分蘖减少,但对小穗数和穗粒数没有负面影响。小麦35 K芯片扫描发现,‘邯6172’突变体与‘邯6172’共有3 613个纯合差异SNP,平均4.1 Mb就有1个突变,变异丰富。To explore and apply new dwarf mutants,‘Han 6172’dwarf mutant,a mutant wheat material in space,was used as the material to analyze its important agronomic characters,such as seedling vigour,plant height,number of tillers,grain number of per spike,plant yield and harvest index were investigated to clarify the effects of this mutant on plant height and yield.The results showed that the dwarf trait was controlled by recessive genes,pant height was reduced by about 15.0%with strong lodging resistance.It had no negative effect on flag length and width and flag leaf area.The heading and flowering days were delayed by 3 days,and the effective tillers were reduced.However,it had no negative impact on the number of spike lets or grain numbers per spike.35 K wheat array detection found that there were 3 613 homozygous SNPs between‘Han 6172’mutant and‘Han 6172’,the mutation frequency is very high and there was one SNP per 4.1 Mb.Above all,these findings laid the foundation for the application and genetic analysis of‘Han 6172’dwarf mutant.
