摘 要:利用烟粉虱对反枝苋的取食嗜好趋性,研究日光温室内反枝苋对主栽作物辣椒上烟粉虱的诱集作用。采用集中式种植、隔离后配套施药的方法,在辣椒定植前2周,距辣椒种植区外缘2.0 m处穴播种植反枝苋,研究反枝苋对烟粉虱的诱集作用与防治效果。结果表明,在辣椒主要生长期,反枝苋对烟粉虱成虫及其产卵(以若虫数计)均具有明显的诱集作用,对成虫、成虫产卵的诱集效果分别高达88.8%和94.2%,防治效果分别为85.3%和90.5%;在反枝苋上配套施药防治烟粉虱,结果发现在喷药后第7天,22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂、10%烯啶虫胺水剂、25%噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂和5%除虫菊素乳油对成虫和若虫的防效分别为(91.7±9.2)%、(89.3±5.5)%、(54.8±3.4)%、(66.9±2.1)%和(73.6±7.2)%、(81.2±5.7)%、(37.0±4.4)%、(61.5±4.1)%。说明在辣椒日光温室内集中种植反枝苋的同时,配套科学的药剂防治技术,对防治烟粉虱具有显著的效果,有助于实现在辣椒生产中农药减量控害。Using feeding preference of Bemisia tabaci Gennadius for Amaranthus retroflexus L.,the trap effect of A.retroflexus on B.tabaci in sunlight greenhouse of chili was explored in Xunhua County,Qinghai province,China in 2017.The experiment adopted the method of strip centralized planting and pesticide application after isolation.A.retroflexus was planted two weeks earlier than chili,at two meters away from outside edge of chili plot,and the trap effect and control efficiency of A.retroflexus on B.tabaci were evaluated.The results showed that A.retroflexus had strong attraction to adult and oviposition of B.tabaci(indicated by the number of nymphs)during the most growth period of chili.Trap effect for adults and oviposition was 88.8%and 94.2%,respectively,while the control effect was 85.3%and 90.5%,respectively.In the efficacy trials of pesticides application to B.tabaci on A.retroflexus,the control effect of 22%Sulfoxaflor SC,10%Nitenpyram AP,25%Buprofezin WP and 5%Pyrethrin EC was(91.7±9.2)%,(89.3±5.5)%,(54.8±3.4)%,(66.9±2.1)%and(73.6±7.2)%,(81.2±5.7)%,(37.0±4.4)%,(61.5±4.1)%for nymphs,respectively.Thus,in the solar chili greenhouse,A.retroflexus planting plus pesticide application has a significant control effect on B.tabaci,which is help reducing pesticide use and controlling pest damage in the production of chili.
