摘  要:钻头是机械制造加工过程中最常用的刀具之一,每年的消耗量非常大,在加工制造方面起到了非常重要的作用。钻头出现磨损后,通常是砂轮机上手动完成刃磨。然而刃磨的质量完全依赖操作者的刃磨经验和技能水平来控制刀具的几何角度,困难很大。所以设计在磨床批量刃磨钻头的装置解决刃磨困难的问题。Drill bit is one of the most commonly used cutting tools in the process of mechanical manufacturing. It consumes a lot every year and plays a very important role in manufacturing. When the drill bit is worn out, the grinding is usually done manually on the grinding wheel. However, the quality of grinding depends entirely on the operator's grinding experience and skill level to control the geometric angle of the tool, which is very difficult. Therefore, a device designed for batch grinding of drill bits on grinders is designed to solve the problem of grinding difficulties.
