工匠精神培育下大学生创新创业能力提升策略

摘　　要："互联网+"技术为知识获取和商品交易开创多元渠道,激发双创热潮,但与我国制造大国变制造强国的理念相互违背.深度剖析目前大学生创新创业能力培养主要机制,结合工匠精神核心理论,提出应从工匠精神与创新创业能力价值导向契合、工匠精神与创新创业能力过程控制维度契合、工匠精神与创新创业能力思维模式维度契合三个方面,来全面提升大学生创新创业能力.Internet+technology has created multi-channel for knowledge acquisition and commodity trading.It can stimulate the boom of innovation and entrepreneurship,but contradicts the idea of China changing from a big manufacturing country into a strong country.It analyzes the main mechanism of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability training,and combined with the core theory of artisan spirit,proposes that it is imperative to comprehensively enhance the ability of college students to innovate and start businesses through the combination of craftsmanship spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability value orientation,craftsmanship spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability process control dimension,as well as craftsman spirit and innovation entrepreneurship thinking mode.
