摘 要:通过对比某电厂1000MW超超临界机组支吊架近几年的位移数据,发现主蒸汽管道存在逐步下沉现象。经过现场管道壁厚测量及恒力吊架载荷性能测试,发现管道实际质量较设计质量大、恒力吊架实际工作载荷较设计载荷小,使得支吊架有效载荷与管道质量不匹配,从而导致管道下沉。通过重新核算及更换吊架解决了管道下沉问题,为该主蒸汽管道的安全运行提供了有力保障。By comparing the check data of the supporting hanger displacement in recent years,the gradual sinking of the main steam pipe of a 1000 MW utra-super critical unit was found.Through the field pipe wall thickness measurement and the test of the load performance of the constant force hanger,it was shown that the actual weight of the pipeline was larger than the design calculation weight and the actual working load of the constant force hanger was smaller than the design load.The mismatch between the payload and the weight of the pipe was resulted in the failure of the pipe sinking.Finally,the problem of pipeline subsidence was successfully solved by re-accounting and replacing hangers,which provided a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the main steam pipeline.
