摘　　要：铁路工程设计传统的生产管理办法存在诸多弊端,不适应当前形势下生产发展的需要。在生产管理中引入定额工日管理办法,将会改变这种现象。结合生产实际,以站场专业为例对铁路设计推行定额工日管理进行了研究,为科学合理管理铁路工程设计生产、引导铁路工程设计行业人力资源合理配置提供参考。The traditional production management method of railway engineering design has many disadvantages, which can not meet the needs of production development under the current situation.? The introduction of the quota labor day management method in production management will change this phenomenon.? This paper, based on the actual production, takes station field specialty as an example, management of railway design is studied in order to provide a reference for the rational management of the design and production of railway engineering and the rational allocation of human resources in the railway engineering design industry.
