摘　　要：通过医案的系统梳理,总结了温伟波教授从"脾"论治高脂血症的治疗方法和临床经验。导师温伟波教授认为高脂血症的基本病机是脾失健运,痰、湿、瘀相互搏结,阻滞经络是高脂血症发生发展的主要病机,临床以健脾祛湿、化痰活血为治疗大法,"调脂化浊汤"为温伟波教授从"脾"论治高脂血症的代表方。Through the systematic review of medical records,summarizes Professor WEN Weibo’s treatment methods and clinical experience in treating hyperlipidemia from "spleen". Professor WEN Weibo believes that the basic pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia is the disfunction of spleen in transport,the combination of wetness,phlegm and blood stasis,and then blocking meridians. The therapy is invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm. The prescription of "Tiaozhi Huazhuo" is the representative formula of Professor WEN Weibo’s treatment to treat hyperlipidemia from the "spleen".
