肾康注射液在慢性肾脏病一体化治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾康注射液在慢性肾脏病一体化治疗中的临床疗效。方法将我院2014年1月～2017年7月收治的96例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分成治疗组(50例)和对照组(46例),对照组患者给予慢性肾脏病一体化治疗,而治疗组患者在一体化治疗基础上使用肾康注射液。记录比较治疗前后患者的临床症状、肾功能变化及血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血尿酸的变化。结果治疗组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组71.7%(P<0.05)。并且治疗组治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液在慢性肾脏病一体化治疗中有很显著的疗效,能有效缓解患者症状,延缓肾衰进展,改善贫血和营养不良状况。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenkang injection in the integrated treatment of chronic kidney disease. Methods 96 patients with chronic renal failure admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(46 cases). The control group received integrated treatment for chronic kidney disease. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shenkang injection on the basis of integrated treatment. The clinical symptoms, renal function changes, and changes in hemoglobin, serum albumin, and blood uric acid were recorded and compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.7%)(P<0.05). The serum creatinine(Scr) and urea nitrogen(BUN) indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05), while the levels of hemoglobin and serum albumin were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenkang injection has significant curative effect in the integrated treatment of chronic kidney disease. It can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients, delay the progression of renal failure, and improve anemia and malnutrition.
