摘  要:线路保护采样数据异常以及电流互感器(CT)断线是线路保护误动的主要原因之一。为解决线路保护误动作问题,提出了一种基于站域信息的波形形态比较线路保护数据异常及CT断线闭锁判据。利用母线进出线电流之间的等量关系,构造任意进出线电流的冗余数据;借助Hausdorff距离算法计算任意线路的实测数据与冗余数据之间的波形相似程度,并与整定门槛值比较,实现对区内故障以及数据异常或CT断线场景的准确辨区分。理论分析和仿真试验表明,当数据异常或CT断线时,闭锁判据能够可靠制动线路保护;当线路区内故障时,线路保护可靠动作跳闸,不会发生误闭锁。Abnormity of protection data and CT breaking are the main reasons to result in mal-operation. In order to solve this problem, a blocking criterion of data abnormality and CT breaking based on waveform morphology comparison of station domain information is proposed. Firstly,the redundant data of any line current is constructed by using the equivalent relationship between the inlet-outlet line of the busbar. Then,the waveform similarity is calculated between the measured data and the redundant data through the Hausdorff distance algorithm,and compared with the setting threshold value to achieve accurate discrimination between internal fault and data abnormality or the CT breaking scenes. Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that the blocking criterion can reliably block the line protection under the data abnormality or CT breaking, and the line protection can act reliably and will not be mal-blocked when the fault occurs inside the line.
