摘 要:混输管线穿孔是影响采油厂正常生产的主要隐患之一。对2016年采油厂混输管线穿孔失效情况进行统计分析,证明输送介质具有腐蚀性、固体颗粒以及管线外防腐层失效是导致管线频繁穿孔的主要原因。为降低混输管线失效概率,应精简现有管网规模,加强管线施工监理和外防腐层保护工作,选用合适的体内防腐技术,焊口补口技术和弯头防腐技术。Perforation of mixed pipelines is one of the main hidden dangers affecting the normal production of oil production plants. The statistical analysis of the perforation failure of the mixed pipelines in the oil production plant in 2016 proves that the corrosive, solid particles and the failure of the anti-corrosion layer outside the pipeline are the main reasons for frequent perforation of the pipeline. In order to reduce the failure probability of mixed pipelines, the existing pipeline network scale should be streamlined, pipeline construction supervision and external anticorrosion layer protection work should be strengthened, and appropriate internal anti-corrosion technology, welding mouth filling technology and elbow anti-corrosion technology should be selected.
