摘　　要：导电塑料电位器凭借其良好的平滑性、高分辨率、较小摩擦力矩以及较长使用寿命等特点,在电动执行器中承担着检测元件的任务。主要分析了导电塑料电位器生产制造工艺,并从应用原理、电流信号电路转换以及位置发送电路构建三个层面,探讨了导电塑料电位器在电动执行器中的具体运用。希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。Conductive plastic potentiometers perform the task of detecting components in electric actuators due to their good smoothness, high resolution, low friction torque and long service life. The manufacturing process of conductive plastic potentiometer is mainly analyzed, and the application of conductive plastic potentiometer in electric actuator is discussed from three aspects:application principle, current signal circuit conversion and position transmission circuit construction. I hope to provide relevant theoretical basis for relevant majors.
