摘　　要：目的通过与少年白血病患者父母交谈,深入了解少年白血病患者父母在子女患病期间内心深处的感受,为制定少年白血病患者父母心理干预措施提供可靠的理论依据。方法通过现象学研究方法,经受访者知情同意后,对8名少年白血病患者父母进行了半结构式深入访谈。结果提取出五个主题:恐惧接受、积极治疗、独自承受、异常担心、不预想未来和死亡。结论少年白血病患者父母在子女患病期间的心理体验可归纳为五个主题,分别为:恐惧接受、积极治疗、独自承受、异常担心、不预想死亡。Objective By talking with parents of children with leukemia to understand their deeper feelings during the children’s illness,and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for psychological intervention measures for them. Methods Using phenomenological research method and receiving informed consent from the respondents,the parents of 8 children with leukemia were interviewed with a semi-structured type. Results Five themes were extracted: Fear acceptance, Active treatment,Bear alone, Abnormal worry, Unpredictable future and death. Conclusion The mental journey of parents of children with leukemia can be summed up into five themes:Fear acceptance, Active treatment,Bear alone, Abnormal worry, Unpredictable future and death.
