摘 要:为了解预制夹芯墙中新型复合式连接件的热桥效应,设计制作了两片带有复合式连接件的预制混凝土夹芯墙,采用热箱-热流计法对其传热过程进行了测试,获得了墙体的内外表面温度、内表面热流密度并计算得到了其传热系数,利用有限元软件ANSYS对试验墙体展开了数值模拟,通过与试验结果对比验证了模型的合理性,此外,有限元分析得到了墙体中温度的分布规律,以及外裹尼龙对热桥效应的影响。结果表明:复合式连接件在预制夹芯墙中形成了热桥,导致墙体传热系数增大约32%;有限元模型可较好地模拟带有复合式连接件的预置夹芯墙的传热过程;复合式连接件使得墙体传热过程呈现多维效应,距离连接件越近,温度变化越剧烈,多维效应越明显;外裹尼龙可减少连接件中热量的传递,减小其热桥效应。In order to study the heat bridge effect of a new composite connector for prefabricated concrete sandwich panels,two specimens are designed and manufactured. The heat transfer process is investigated by the hot box-heat flow meter method. The surface temperature of the inner panels,the surface temperature of the outer panels and the surface heat flux of the inner panels are obtained. Based on the above analysis of the data,the heat transfer coefficients of the two specimens are calculated. The finite element analysis to the experimental panels has been conducted by the ANSYS. Comparing the finite element results with the experimental results,the FEA model is verified. Moreover,the finite element analysis gained the temperature distribution law in the panels and the effect of the wrapped nylon to the heat bridge is also obtained. The results show that the composite connector forms a heat bridge in the prefabricated concrete sandwich panels,which results in an increase of the heat transfer coefficient of the panels by approximately 32%. The finite element model can be better to simulate the heat transfer process of the panels. The heat transfer process has been multi-dimensional because of the composite connector and the closer to the connector,the more violent the temperature and the more obvious the multi-dimensional effect. Furthermore,the wrapped nylon which reduces the heat transfer in the connector can lower the heat bridge effect.
