摘　　要：工业厂前区建筑作为工业辅助生产建筑具有民用公共建筑和工业建筑的共同属性,在某些省份要求这类建筑必须执行绿建标准并给出星级评价。根据绿色工业建筑评价标准及常用绿色建筑技术,选取山东省某化工企业的生产办公楼作为具有代表性的典型工业辅助生产建筑,主要从节能角度考虑,模拟了建筑能耗、通风、采光和隔音等指标的绿建达标情况,综合各指标分析得出该建筑满足绿建二星级标准。为类似工业辅助生产建筑的绿色节能设计提供了参考并为后续工业建筑的绿建模拟提供一定的借鉴。As the industrial auxiliary production building,the front area building of industrial plants has the common attribute of public buildings and industrial buildings. In some provinces,such buildings must be implemented green construction standards and star rating. According to the evaluation standard for green industrial building and common green building technology,the production office building of a chemical enterprise in Shandong Province is selected as a representative typical industrial auxiliary production building. Mainly from the energy point of view,the energy consumption,ventilation, daylighting and sound insulation and other indicators are simulated if it could reach the standard of green building. According to the analysis of each index,the building meets the Two-star standard of green construction. It provides some reference for the green energy-saving design of the similar industrial auxiliary production building,and for the green building simulation of the following industrial buildings.
