摘 要:目的探讨急诊科护士工作压力、应对方式与焦虑抑郁水平的相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2017年5月我院急诊科护士50名作为研究对象,利用护士工作压力源量表、应对方式调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)等工具对护士的情况进行调查。结果急诊科护士的工作压力评分与SAS评分及SDS评分呈正相关(P <0. 05),不合理应对方式与SAS评分及SDS评分呈正相关(P <0. 05),合理应对方式与SAS评分及SDS评分呈负相关(P <0. 05)。结论急诊科护士的工作压力较大,易产生焦虑抑郁精神症状,急诊科护士应采取合理化的方式应对工作压力,避免通过自责、逃避、求助等方式应对工作压力。Objective To explore the correlation between work stress, coping styles as well as anxiety and depression level among nurses in the emergency department. Methods To select 50 nurses in emergency department of our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 as the study subjects. By using tools such as the nurses' work stress source scale, questionnaire of coping style for stresses, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS), the status of these nurses was surveyed. Results The work stress scores of nurses in the emergency department were correlated with SAS score and SDS score positively(P<0.05). The unreasonable coping styles for stresses were positively correlated with SAS scores and SDS scores(P<0.05). The reasonable coping styles for stresses were negatively correlated with SAS scores and SDS scores(P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses in the emergency department of the hospital have high work pressure, and they are prone to anxiety and depression. They should take reasonable measures to deal with work pressure and avoid dealing with work stress through self-blame, avoiding pressure and seeking help from others.
