尿激酶联合甲泼尼龙治疗IgA肾病的策略探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究在IgA肾病患者采用尿激酶联合甲泼尼龙治疗过程中的策略。方法:将70例于2017年3月至2018年3月前来我院就医的IgA肾病患者纳入本项研究,随机法为患者分做研究组、对照组,均有35例,患者治疗方法一致,研究组予以健康宣教、心理护理、不良反应预防等护理方法,对照组不采用护理,统计两组实验室指标变化,不良反应及满意度情况。结果:治疗后,两组各项指标均较护理前有显著性改善,且研究组数据优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应占总数2.86%,对照组17.14%,研究组更低,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组(94.29%>77.14%),比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良好的护理对策可有效改善IgA肾病患者的病情,减少不良反应,提升患者满意度。Objective: To explore the nursing strategy of urokinase combined with methylprednisolone in patients with IgA nephropathy. Methods: 70 patients with IgA nephropathy who came to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were included in this study. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 35 patients were treated with the same treatment method, and the study group was given health education. Psychological nursing, adverse reaction prevention and other nursing methods;the control group did not use nursing. Laboratory index changes, adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After nursing, the indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before nursing. The data of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), the adverse reactions of the study group accounted for 2.86% of the total, the control group was 17.14, the study group was even lower, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group (94.29%>77.14%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Good nursing measures can effectively improve the condition of patients with IgA nephropathy, reduce adverse reactions and improve patients' satisfaction.
