对影响艾滋病暴露前预防用药依从性因素的思考

摘　　要：艾滋病的全球肆虐严重威胁到人类健康和社会经济发展,迫切需要长期有效的干预措施来减少其传播。临床试验表明艾滋病暴露前预防用药能有效预防艾滋病病毒感染,且与用药依从性密切相关。通过分析与用药依从性有关的影响因素,总结用药依从性与社会伦理、污名化、药物不良反应、药物价格之间的关系,提出采用保护个人权利、营造宽容和谐的社会环境、减少药物不良反应、保证资金稳定等措施来保持良好的依从性。Since the global trends of AIDS threatens human health and economic development gravely,a long-term and effective intervention is urgently needed to decrease the transmission.Clinical trials shows that pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)can prevent HIV infection effectively,and it's also closely related to adherence.By analyzing the influencing factors of PrEP,this study summarized the relationship between adherence of PrEP and social ethics,stigma,the adverse and price of drugs.In addition,we also adopt the measures like protecting individual right,buil- ding the tolerance and harmonious social environment,reducing the adverse drug reactions,guaranteeing the stability of capital,and so forth to keep a good compliance.
