摘　　要：目的了解武汉市老年人农业伤害影响因素,为有效开展老年人伤害预防和干预提供科学依据。方法通过整群抽样的方法,对武汉市远城区3 314例60岁及以上老年人进行流行病学调查。结果武汉市远城区60岁及以上老年人口一年前农业伤害发生率为22.64%,一年内农业伤害发生率为6.58%。年劳动时间、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社交功能、心理健康是老年人农业伤害的影响因素。结论老年人农业伤害是多因素相互作用的结果,应针对影响因素对老年人农业伤害采取干预措施,减少和避免农业伤害的发生。Objective To explore the influential factors of agricultural injuries among elder people in Wuhan city. Methods Cluster sampling was applied in this study,3 314 residents aged ≥ 60 years old were selected to study influential factors of agricultural injuries in distant suburban area of Wuhan. Results The incidences of agricultural injuries before and within a year were 22.64% and 6.58% respectively among elder people in Wuhan.The main inf- luential factors of agricultural injuries among elder people were working hours,body pain,overall health,social function and mental health. Conclusion Agricultural injuries are the result of multiple factors among elder people.Interference and countermeasures should be taken to reduce and avoid the agricultural injuries.
