复方半枝莲治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价复方半枝莲治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的疗效及安全性。方法:设计并实施前瞻性随机对照试验,分析比较治疗前后乳腺肿块,临床症状改善时间,术前准备时间,临床治愈率,复发率等。比较实验组与对照组之间的差异。结果:有效52例,复方半枝莲组26例,安慰剂组26例。门诊平均治愈时间:复方半枝莲组(17.9依4.2)周,安慰剂组(20.5依2.1)周,术前准备时间:复方半枝莲组(7.6依2.3)d,安慰剂组(11.0依2.0)d,肿块大小变化:第5天开始复方半枝莲组小于安慰剂组,术后复发:复方半枝莲组0例,安慰剂组1例,试验过程中未发现用药导致的毒副作用。结论:联合使用复方半枝莲能达到缩短病程,快速改善症状,缩短术前准备时间,减少术后复发的效果,具有相当可靠的安全性。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound Scutellaria barbata in treating non-lactating mastitis. METHODS:A prospective randomized controlled trial was designed and implemented to analyze the changes in breast mass before and after treatment,the clinical symptom improvement time,and the recurrence rate of clinical cure rate before the time of preoperative preparation. Compare the difference between the experimental group and the control group. RESULTS:Fifty-two cases of effective cases were actually completed,including 26 cases of compound Scutellaria barbata group and 26 cases of placebo group. Out-patients’ average healing time was(17.9依4.2)weeks in the compound Scutellaria barbata group,(20.5依2.1)week in the placebo group,preoperative preparation time:(7.6依2.3)days in the compound Scutellaria barbata group and(11.0依2.0)days in the placebo group,and the size of the tumor changed:On the 5 th day,the Scutellariae Compound group was smaller than the placebo group. There were 0 cases of recurrence compound Scutellariae group after the operation and 1 case of the placebo group. There was no toxic side effect caused by medication during the trial. Conclusion:The combined use of compound Scutellaria barbata can shorten the course of disease,rapidly improve symptoms,shorten the preoperative preparation time,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate. And it has fairly reliable security.
