真武汤加味对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察真武汤加味对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾功能、尿蛋白及肾小球增生程度的影响。方法选取健康雄性SPF级SD大鼠40只,随机选取10只作为空白对照组,其余30只作为实验组,实验组建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型。糖尿病肾病大鼠随机分为模型对照组、真武汤低剂量组(2.45 g/kg·d)、真武汤高剂量组(9.8 g/kg·d)3组,每组各10只大鼠。给予真武汤灌胃治疗16周后,检测尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐,同时观察大鼠肾组织染色后的病理形态学改变。结果真武汤加味在尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐及肾组织病理形态学改变方面与模型组对比有明显改善。结论真武汤加味可以改善糖尿病肾病大鼠的肾功能。Objective To observe effect of Zhenwu decoction on renal function, the urinary protein and glomerular mesangial proliferation in the diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats.Methods A total of 40 healthy male SPF SD rats were selected, 10 of which were randomly selected as blank control groups(NC group). The rest of the 30 were selected in the experimental group in which diabetic nephropathy rat model were established. The diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: model group(DN group), Zhenwu decoction in low dose group(EL group 2.45g/kg/d), Zhenwu decoction in high dose group(EH group 9.8g/kg/d), with ten rats in each group.The treatment group gavaged by Zhenwu decoction for 16 weeks. The urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and the pathomorphological changes of renal tissues were measured after the treatment.Meanwhile, the pathological changes of rat kidney tissue after staining were observed.Results Zhenwu decoction was better than model group in urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and the pathomorphological changes of renal tissues.Conclusions Zhenwu decoction has positive effect on renal function in rats with diabetic nephropathy.
