摘 要:目的借助数据挖掘的方法,对燕京名医萧龙友治疗内科疾病的用药规律进行研究,发掘其常用的药物及其配伍规律。方法(1)文献资料检索:自建库至2013年的中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库和等文献数据库,通过统一的检索式检索;以“萧龙友”“肖龙友”“萧方骏”为检索词,以中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所为依托,进行“知识点”检索,并由查得的“知识点”追溯实体书籍。由专人从检索结果中筛选萧龙友医案,排除重复的医案以及信息不完整的医案。(2)纳入及排除标准:纳入医案信息完整的医案(具备性别、年龄、就诊日期、症状、舌象、脉象、方药、药物剂量);排除重复医案及信息不完整的医案。使用Epidata 3.1软件双录入纳入文献信息,借助SPSS clementine 12.0对清洗后的数据进行频数统计、关系网络模型、GRI关联规则算法等数据挖掘分析。结果共纳入医案1221诊次,共计1221首处方,涉及药物242味,通过频数分析筛选出常用药物94味,对92味药物进行分析,得出药物配伍规律关联规则91条,通过聚类分析得出30首处方。结论应用多种数据挖掘方法,系统总结了燕京名医萧龙友治疗内科疾病的用药规律,为临床用药和进一步的研究继承燕京医学流派的学术经验提供了基础。Objective With data mining methods, XIAO Longyou , a famous doctor of Yanjing School,was studied on the medication law of internal medicine diseases, and the commonly used drugs and their compatibility rules were explored. Method (1) Document data retrieval: Documents were retrieved from CNKI, VIP database, Wanfang database and other databases from the initial database to 2013.“ XIAO Longyou (萧龙友)”,“ XIAO Longyou (肖龙友)” and “ XIAO Fangjun ” were taken as the search terms. Based on the Institute of Chinese medicine information, Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the “knowledge point” search was carried out, then the “knowledge points” found in databases were traced back to books. XIAO Longyou ’s medical records were screened out from the search results, and repetitive medical records and incomplete information were excluded by a special person.(2) Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria: Inclusion of a complete medical case (sex, age, date of visit, symptoms, tongue, pulse, prescription, and drug dose);Eliminating medical cases with repeated medical cases and incomplete information. Epidata3.1 software was used to double-entry inclusion of literature information, and SPSS clementine 12.0 was used to perform data mining analysis on frequency data, relational network models, and GRI association rule algorithms for the cleaned data. Results A total of 1221 medical records were included in the medical case. A total of 1221 prescriptions were involved, involving 242 kinds of Chinese materia medica. Through frequency analysis, 94 common materia medica were screened out, and 92 kinds were analyzed, and 91 rules of herbal compatibility rule were obtained. 30 prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion A variety of data mining methods were used to systematically summarize the medication laws of XIAO Longyou , a famous physician of Yanjing, for the treatment of internal diseases, which provided a basis for clinical drug use and further research inheriting the academic exp
