摘　　要：目的探讨尿红细胞活体染色后用光镜观察尿红细胞形态对诊断肾小球源性血尿的临床价值。方法研究对象是方便选取2012—2015年该院肾病内科住院及门诊的患者78例,肾小球疾病患者35例及非肾小球疾病患者43例,检测所有患者尿红细胞形态,经尿红细胞活体染色后用光镜观察尿红细胞形态并进行分析,以尿畸形红细胞在80%以上者判断为肾小球源性血尿,分别计算敏感性和特异性。结果尿液染色后光镜观察尿畸形红细胞对诊断肾小球源性血尿的敏感性为82.8%,特异性为88.4%。结论尿红细胞活体染色后用光镜观察尿红细胞形态用于临床鉴别血尿是否来源于肾小球具有简单、快捷、无创、实用、经济的特点,对于临床医生判断血尿是否为肾小球源性血尿具有重要的提示和指导作用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of urinary red blood cell morphology after urinary red blood cell staining in the diagnosis of glomerular hematuria. Methods Convenient select 78 patients were enrolled in the hospitalized and outpatient department of nephropathy in our hospital from 2012 to 2015. 35 patients with glomerular disease and 43 patients with non-glomerular disease were tested for urinary red blood cell morphology and urinary red blood cell living in all patients. After staining, the morphology of urinary red blood cells was observed by light microscopy and analyzed. The urinary malformation red blood cells were judged to be glomerular hematuria in more than 80%, and the sensitivity and specificity were calculated respectively. Results After urine staining, the sensitivity of urinary malformation erythrocytes to the diagnosis of glomerular hematuria was 82.8%, and the specificity was 88.4%. Conclusion The urinary red blood cell morphology is observed by light microscopy after urinary red blood cell staining. It is simple, rapid, non-invasive, practical and economical for the clinical identification of hematuria. It is important tips and guidance for clinician’s judgment whether hematuria is glomerular hematuria.
