温针灸在腰椎骨质增生症治疗中的应用进展

摘　　要：近年来腰椎骨质增生症发病率呈上升趋势,为临床十分常见的疾病,患者常伴有酸痛、腰部晨起僵硬等症状,其发作和天气变化和劳累密切相关,为中老年患者常见疾病,腰椎骨质增生症主要以腰痛、腰部腰酸、活动受阻等症状为主,给患者工作和生活带来严重影响,治疗腰椎骨质增生症具有多种,例如电针、灸法、间接灸法、穴位注射、温针灸、三棱针挑刺法、针刀为主方法等,其中以温针灸治疗方式较为显著,其具有多种优势;①该项方式不良反应小、操作简单;②该项方式穴位选择十分简单,可根据患者病变部位选择穴位,例如关元俞、气海俞、肾俞、命门、小肠俞等穴位;③温针灸治疗方式作用明显,能显著改善腰椎骨质增生症患者的症状,因此,该院对温针灸在腰椎骨质增生症治疗中的应用进展进行相关综述。In recent years, the incidence of lumbar vertebrae hyperplasia is on the rise. It is a very common clinical disease. Patients often have symptoms such as soreness and stiffness in the morning. The seizures are closely related to weather changes and fatigue. Common diseases of the patients, lumbar vertebrae hyperosteogeny mainly include low back pain, waist and back acid, and activity obstruction. It has serious impact on patients’ work and life. There are many kinds of lumbar vertebrae hyperplasia, such as electroacupuncture and moxibustion, indirect moxibustion, acupoint injection, warm acupuncture, three-needle acupuncture, and needle-knife-based methods, among which warm acupuncture treatment is more obvious, which has many advantages;1.This method has small side effects and simple operation. 2.The choice of acupoints in this way is very simple, and the acupuncture points can be selected according to the lesions of the patients, such as Guanyuanyu, Qihaiyu, Shenyu, Mingmen, Xiaochangyu and other acupoints. 3.Warm acupuncture treatment has obvious effects and can be significantly improved. The symptoms of lumbar vertebrae hyperplasia patients, therefore, the hospital’s application of warm acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar vertebrae hyperosteogen is reviewed.
