摘　　要：王尽美是参加中共一大的13位代表之一,也是党内最早投入工人运动实践的先驱人物之一,他的工人运动足迹遍及济南、青岛、秦皇岛、山海关等地,有力推动了山东乃至北方工人运动的大发展,其在实践中初步形成了系统的工人运动思想,为我们留下了丰富的工人运动财富,也为新时代开展工会及群众运动提供了宝贵的经验借鉴。Wang Jinmei is one of the 13 delegates to the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China and one of the earliest forerunners in the Party devoted to the practice of labor movements. His footprints in labor movements, spreading in such places as Jinan, Qingdao, Qinhuangdao, and Shanhaiguan, strongly promoted labor movements in Shandong and even in the whole North Areas. From practice, he tentatively formed systematic views on labor movements as rich legacy of labor movements for us and as valuable reference for the activities of labor unions and the people in the new era.
