摘 要:以有机硅为基质,改性氧化石墨烯粉体为填料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了石墨烯改性有机硅手感剂。采用单因素法优化了最佳工艺,应用于皮革涂饰并测试其物理机械性能。结果表明,最优制备工艺为:在110℃下反应4h,其中偶联剂KH550用量为4%,封端剂用量为0.4%,催化剂四甲基羟胺用量为0.09%,溶胶凝胶过程三乙胺用量为8%;石墨烯改性有机硅可将耐磨性提升至4级,耐干/湿擦提升至5级,耐曲折度符合基本要求,静态吸水性能降低至102.35%,相比普通有机硅手感剂均有所提高。The graphene modified silicone feeling agent, with silicone as matrix and modified graphene oxide powder as filler, was prepared by sol-gel method. The single-factor method was used to optimize the optimum process, and it was applied to coating to test its physical and mechanical properties. The results showed that the optimum preparation process were as follows: reaction at 110℃ for 4h, wherein the amount of KH550 was 4%, the amount of blocking agent was 0.4%, the amount of catalyst tetramethylammonium hydroxide was 0.09%, and the amount of triethylamine in the sol-gel process was 8%. Graphene modified silicone can improve the wear resistance to level 4 and dry/wet abrasion resistance to level 5, make the tortuosity meet the basic requirements, and reduce the static water absorption performance to 102.35%. These properties are all improved compared to ordinary silicone feeling agent.
